I just wanted to share how wonderful my mom's 80th birthday family getaway was. Bryan played a significant role in making it special. Despite our early flight and last-minute notification, he went out of his way to accommodate us. He even arranged for his housekeeper to check if we could check in early and offered us a space to store our luggage while we waited. His home is absolutely beautiful - everything was as described and more. The house was spotless and the decor was very nice. I especially loved the paintings over the dining room table. We will definitely be returning soon and are already planning our next stay, this time without the little ones.

The host Bryan was great. The game room and karaoke was so much fun. The house was very roomy for 16 people. The only improvement I would suggest is dressers in the bedrooms. It’s rough living out of your suitcase for 5 days.

What an incredible home! And what a treat to be here! From the booking and coordination process all the way through our stay with a group of 20 young people ... the experience has been smooth, the stay perfect, and the amenities more than adequate! We felt as if we here hosted and staying with family!

This house is great for a large group. We were a group of 14 and had plenty of space to spare. It was conveniently located, clean and with great amenities.

We were with several families for a cheer competition and EVERYONE raved about the property! They loved how spacious it was and how we never even left the pool to go to the water park. Great host and clean property. We will be back and will recommend to all our cheer friends!

Had a great time!
A fantastic place, clean, great amenities, and the place was HUGE!!
6 adults and 6 kids, and could have fit probably another 10.
Lovely to sit on the back patio with a cup of coffee in the morning.
Such a nice place.
Will be staying here next time we are in Orlando.

House is well equipped, clean and easy check in/check out. Close to Disney. Couldn't have asked for anything different. No complaints

The house was awesome! Perfect for a big group. My kids loved the themes of each room. The game room was a big hit. Traveled to Orlando with a school group and was great to have a house that fit everyone comfortably.
