This place is HUGE! 11 grown women for a girl's trip and we had plenty of space. Make sure to bring some of your own house supplies (ie: toilet paper) because we ran out quick. We were able to get door dash and instacart to the house no problem. The house was clean, well located, and our funnest day of the weekend was just hanging out at the pool together. I would recommend this house for large groups or multiple families traveling together.

Bryan’s villa was great. We had stayed on the development before so knew what we’d be getting and it was really great to come back and experience another one of the great homes at Storey Lakes. The entrance gates however are in a poor state and offered no security! The property is generally well appointed with everything you’d need. Good provision of bath and pool towels. The kitchen has most things you’d need but could do with a kettle or tea pot and it needs some new chopping boards! Cleanliness was very good throughout the inside of the house but we did find a large chlorine tablet by the pool. I mentioned this to Bryan and he showed concern and said it would be brought to the attention of the pool maintenance firm. Not a major issue and we were happy with the response. The BBQ was left dirty and with no propane. Bryan personally visited the property to change the tank and clean the grill - very much appreciated! Ultimately we had an enjoyable stay - thanks Bryan!

The 2969 Fable St. is a very comfortable home, and have everything you need for a large group of people. Clean, enough towels, good location, close to all the attractions and the outlet mall. We enjoy our stay.

Bryan was the best property manager I have ever dealt with! He was quick to respond to any question or problem we had before and during our stay! The house was very spacious, and the four rooms with king beds had their own bathrooms attached so it felt like 4 suites for adults and 3 more kid friendly rooms with tons of sleep space. It was perfect for the size of our family! The private pool was so nice to come home and jump in after days at the parks. We drove to the lazy river one afternoon and that was nice and relaxing as well, the bar there made a delicious mojito I would highly recommend. This is a great house if you are traveling with multiple families.

We were a group of 8 golfers and this place was perfect for us. The villa was clean and super functional with multiple rooms and bathrooms. The use of the private pool was a big plus, with the option of going to the clubhouse larger pool (very nice area). The owner/manager was very responsive as soon as we had a question. We would return for sure.
